                     On the oral request of Mr. Mukul Rohtagi,

                 learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners, the

                 Central      Board    of    Direct          Taxes    and       Economic

                 Offences Wing, Income Tax Department, Mumbai are

                 added as party respondent Nos. 5 and 6.                        Mr. H.P.

                 Raval, learned Additional Solicitor General who

                 happens to be in court is requested to appear on

                 behalf of respondent Nos. 5 and 6 and assist this

                 Court in disposing of this matter.

                     Issue notice.

                     In the meanwhile, we request learned counsel

                 appearing     for    respondent        No.     3    and    4     namely,

                 Speak     Asia    Online     Private         Limited       and     Haren

                 Ventures         Private     Limited          to      take         clear

                 instructions         that    in       case     on      ascertaining

                 financial     liability      by       the    Mediator       the       same

                 would   be    paid    by    them.       An     affidavit         of   the

                 concerned Managing Director or any senior most

                 officer in charge of respondent Nos. 3 and 4 be

                 filed within a week.

                     List the matter after two weeks.
